Had to call Jolly Rooter out at midnight, came home to find water running out of the top of the water heater.
He was here about 15 min later and got the water turned off and drained. He came back at 8:30 this morning and replaced the expansion tank.

My water heater went out, no hot water at all needed some professional help ASAP !  Called 3 or 4 other businesses and although their web site say open 24 hours JOLLY ROOTER was the only business that answered and was here with in 20 min !  Great service and excellent work!  Highly recommended and will definitely call him from now on !!!

Had to call a plumber to unclog our kitchen sink drain as the clog was too far down the pipe to deal with ourselves without having to go under the house. Found Jolly Rooter on yelp. Because of the high ratings decided to give them a call. Rich the owner was very responsive and quoted a fixed price which held true. We received same-day service. Rich was timely, got the job done and even threw in some extras like replacing a broken fitting and a special pipe treatment for no extra charge, which was refreshing.
Will without a doubt call Rich next time we have a plumbing issue!

We called Rich early Sunday morning about our hot water heater not lighting and, just like the other reviewers said, he answered right away. It’s not like I had a leak or anything but he still came out within hours and was able to get it up and running so that, by the afternoon, my hot water was back! We also appreciate that he took the time to explain what was going on and what to do going forward. And, on top of it all, he was friendly, on time and polite. I think we’ve found our new go-to plumber! Oh, AND he’s a local business, not a franchise!

Impeccable timing Rich! 25 minutes from Yelp contact to my door. Had a water leak under my sink and it seems that the original budget plumbing was deteriorating and Rich did not hesitate to show me the problem.

Rich went straight to work understanding all connections and giving me the outlook of cost which was affordable, especially to fix plumbing. I went ahead and gave him the job and 1.5 hours later, new connections and setup. All new fixtures and he sticks around just in case something does not look right.

Rich came into a plumbing disaster in my house and he calmly solved my immediate problems. With his help, we came up with a long term plan to make things better while staying within my meager budget.
